Which room should I choose?

Do you offer half-day and full-day rates?
Yes. Half-day bookings use the published half-day rate and full-day bookings use the published 9am–5pm rate, rather than simply multiplying the hourly charge.
What catering can we add?
You can add tea, coffee, water and biscuits for £3 per person, buffet catering for £7 per person, a fruit platter for £5 per person, and breakfast sandwiches for £4 per person. Refreshments plus buffet are £10 per person.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Add dietary requirements to the Space Finder enquiry and the Hub team can confirm the arrangements with you.
Do rooms include screens and Wi-Fi?
Yes. Our meeting, training and conference spaces include presentation-screen options, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. The exact setup depends on the room selected.
Can you accommodate more than 24 delegates?
The Conference Room can accommodate up to 24 in its standard setup and up to 32 by arrangement. Larger or unusual setups should be discussed with the Hub team.
